Description: SPR was contracted to return a building constructed in 1939 to its original look. This restoration included demolition and abatement, as well as new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, masonry, fire protection, and underground utilities.

Project Location: West Point Range 9, Highland Falls, NY
Description: Project involved the demolition of existing wood workshop and design build for the new building program which includes a dividable classroom to accommodate 60 students, restroom facilities, a weapons storage vault, a space office suite to accommodate 6-7 full-time personnel, and garage size for two rage maintenance vehicles. The new training building is one story and approximately 4,800 SF.

Description: SPR was awarded this contract to demolish the existing roof on the United States Embassy, as well as to reinstall a new roof. The contract also includes structural inspection and repair to be done as the new roof was being installed.

Description: Project consisted of security and force protection upgrades at Armed Forces Recruiting Stations. This project involved extensive logistic and execution coordination to successfully work at 25 locations simultaneously.

Description: This project was a Design/Build Contract to provide Fire Protection throughout several buildings. Fire Protection included mass notification systems (strobes and speakers), control panel, fire detectors, sprinklers, and emergency lights with backup battery power.

Project Location: US Army Garrison Fort Devens, Devens Reserve Forces Training Area, MA
Description: This project was a removal and installation of over 3,000 LF of curbing, 3,800 LF of concrete sidewalks, and 1,800 LF of reclamation and top coarse pour. This project also included loaming and hydroseeding 1,700 FT of grass berm and installation of 32 ADA ramps.
