Water system improvements included the construction of a 16-inch waterline spanning 3,445 linear feet. Sewer system enhancements comprised the installation of 3,710 linear feet of a 10-inch sewer line and 2,770 linear feet of a 12-inch sewer line.
The project was executed in compliance with NAVFAC standards, ensuring reliable and resilient infrastructure to support base operations.
Philadelphia Navy Yard – Building 531 Renovation

Description: This renovation project involved returning Building 531 to its original aesthetic while modernizing its infrastructure. Additional improvements included new storm drains, sanitary sewer lines, domestic water and fire sprinkler connections, as well as new stairs, railings, doors, windows, shades, cabinetry, and various flooring finishes.
Champlain Cargo Conference Room and Import Specialist Reorganization

West Point Range 9 Tower Building Renovation – Highland Falls, NY

C3 & C13 NWS Earle Mold Remediation

HVAC upgrades included the replacement of PTAC units with VAV systems featuring electric reheat and specialized cooling for the IT server room. The project adhered to stringent design and construction standards, including PBS P100 and the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS).
